Discovery Call
We begin by deep-diving into your creative workflow. In this session, we map out your current production pipeline, content schedule and deliverables. Our goal is to see exactly how Tfive Studios can plug into your existing workflow as your dedicated finishing lab.

Pilot Project
This is a low-friction, nominal-fee engagement designed to test our technical chemistry. We take a small-scale project through our full "Finishing" pipeline. This stage allows us to determine if your assets meet our lab's standards and, more importantly, allows you to verify that our infrastructure is the right fit for your team’s workflow.

Workflow Audit
Following the Pilot, we conduct a comprehensive performance review. We analyze the technical handoff efficiency, file management, and final output quality. This step also gives the creator the chance to understand our remote monitoring/review sytem. Once every technical bottleneck is cleared our partnership is optimized for the speed and precision.

Secure your Seat
Based on the Audit, we present a final, customized offer for a 3, 6, or 12-month contract. This secures your dedicated "Finishing Seat" in our studio, giving you guaranteed access to our technical infrastructure and executive-level color and sound oversight for every piece of content you produce.
